Select Committee Inquiry into Local Government

A Select Committee into Local Government has been established by the Legislative Council to inquire into how well the system of local Government is functioning in Western Australia.

As part of the consultation process, written submissions on one or more of the Terms of Reference are invited.

The Terms of Reference are available on the Parliament website – http://www.parliament.wa.gov.au/parliament/commit.nsf/WCurrentCommitteesByName and selecting the Select Committee Into Local Government tab.  The Terms of Reference Tab is located at the left hand side at the bottom and will take you to the Terms of Reference.

The closing date for the submissions is 4.00pm on Friday, 23 August 2019.
