Section 17(7) of the Bush Fires Act 1954 enables the Local Government to vary the Prohibited Burning Period due to seasonal conditions.
In accordance with these provisions, notice is hereby given that the Prohibited Burning Period for the entire Shire of Harvey has been extended until midnight Sunday 29 March 2026.
