Please complete the form below if you have not received your Tip Pass, and would like to request a replacement.

Note: Only property owners are eligible to request replacement passes.

Each application will be investigated by the Shire and either approved or denied based on the information available.

You will be contacted once your claim has been reviewed. Please note only applications lodged between 22/09/25 and 22/11/25 will be reviewed.
