BUNBURY OUTER RING ROAD (BORR) PROJECT
Section 3.50 Local Government Act 1995
The Shire of Harvey hereby gives notice to the public that traffic conditions around Paris Road will continue to be altered as a result of the temporary long-term closure of a portion of Paris Road. This closure and associated road network detours have been in effect since January 2023 to allow for upgrades to local roads, and roads connecting to the Bunbury Outer Ring Road (BORR) network.
The South West Gateway Allianance, who are constructing the BORR, have requested that Paris Road be closed between Forrest Highway and the entrance to Spud Shed for a further four months until 31 October 2024.
Please see the map below which outlines required detours along Kingston Drive and Grand Entrance in the area.
The Shire is requesting input from the community and welcomes feedback regarding the planned closure extension. Submissions will be accepted until 4.00pm Tuesday 11 June 2024.
